KRSS has begun our post-secondary school information fairs. Alberta post-secondary schools set up information tables at KRSS on September 19th, and this will be followed by a BC post-secondary school fair the week of September 25th.

Thanks to our academic counsellor Mike Fischer for his work organizing this, and please watch for more information as the school year progresses!

KRSS Athletics hosted a Junior Boys & Girls Volleyball Tournament on September 15-16 at KRSS, fielding teams from all over the East Kootenay.

KRSS Junior Boys took 1st place, while Mt. Baker won 1st place in the girls division. Well done to our student athletes, and a huge thank you to our Athletic Director Mr. Josh Nichol for all of his hard work.

This past week, from November 29^th to December 3rd, the Kootenay River Boys Volleyball team competed in the AA Boys Volleyball Provincial Championships in Victoria B.C. This event brought together the top 16 teams from throughout the province.
